Contest Schedule

The contest schedule seems to have disappeared, with no contests listed.
Also, we are unable to do any judge skill testing.
Can you please look into this?

Robc, please bring back the contests! If you need help with setting them up or with admin work, I'll be glad to assist in any way possible.
