Custom brewery images can only be uploaded by customers who have purchased at least one label credit from our online store and who have at least one active label.
I want to upload a custom image for my label but is says I'm ineligible for a an upload. Why? Just want to change my label image from the stock game one to my custom one.
thanks for the help.

Donn,
I can see that you made at least two attempts to upload an image. Both were rejected for being too large. The automatic upload system has limits on file size to prevent server attacks by bad guys. If you don't know how to reduce the file size yourself then just email it to me at robc@thatbrewerygame.com and I will resize and install it.
I'm pretty sure you are still eligible to upload a label image since you have not yet uploaded any images. You are not eligible to upload a brewery image yet until/unless you choose to buy a label credit at some point.

I wish to upload another image, I used the image I have as #2 and made a label using a label maker, same pic just with border around it with the info. Just let me know what I need to do.
Thanks for your help1

Larry,
I just sent you an email. You can just email your replacement image to me and let me know which one you want to replace and I can take care of that for you right away. Thanks!

How do we delete previously uploaded images?
8) Robc on February, 28 2014 2:28 PM
Trey,
To delete an uploaded image just send me an email to robc@thatbrewergame.com with instructions. You can send me new images to replace them or just tell me which ones to delete. I hope to someday automate this process but right now it is manual.
Robc.

Looks like I might have uploaded and image that won't be approved for the Weissbier. In the process of trying to change it I accidently submitted the new label image as a brewery image. Would it be possible to delete both the pending brewery image and the label image that's pending for the weissbier? I greatly appreciate your help
Jeff

Hi Robc, I uploaded my brewery image, however, it was approved as a label image instead. Can you please fix that.
Thanks

Hi Rob,
Don't know what went wrong, but my latest image upload should be for a new label, Dutchmans Pale Lager.
I do not wish to change my brewery image.
Can you please fix?
Many thanks, Rob

Hey friends,
LOVE the game! Been playing for a long time now.
It doesn't look like I'm 'eligible' to upload a custom brewery photo. I only have one photo submitted that was approved and applied to my label 'starkiller ipa'. For some reason it won't let me upload a custom brewery photo at this point.
I'm about to buy another label and start brewing a second beer so wanted to make sure this got figured out before that point - -
